About Us
Lee Systems 7, Inc. was founded in 1997 to perform work on new and remodeled commercial projects in several architectural Division 7 sections. Since 2000 Lee Systems 7, Inc. has developed into a full service firestopping company, specializing in Penetration Firestopping, Fire-Resistive Joint Systems and Architectural sealant installation.
Lee Systems 7, Inc. has been a member of the Firestop Contractors International Association since 2010. We employ manufacturer certified installers of Specified Technologies Inc., 3M, and Hilti firestopping products.
Our primary work area is in northeast Iowa and in the bordering states of Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Illinois.
